For claiming service or replacement under warranty
request repair or replacement of the defective product i.e PunnkFunnk 4G Sim card Smart watch, for kids supplied by Appario Retail Private Ltd.,supplied on 5th August 2024 within the warranty period that I purchased Amazon India vide order no, 408-608****-837**** dt.4-08-2024 [Date of Purchase]. Invoice No is HYDB-171****,DT, 4-08-2024.
Unfortunately, the product worked for two weeks and now has not been functioning properly and now found not useful. Main issues noticed are as under:
1. The outgoing caller voice through SIM card phone in the phone is not audible by the receiver at the other end.
2.
The watch is getting switched off frequently.
3. The phone is not recognising the sim card frequently .
4.The phone is not switching on easily though the battery is fully charged.

Fraud by the Seller
I ordered a camera lens worth 35,799 rupees and received a lens-shaped coffee mug filled with mud inside the box. Amazon did not provide a replacement but created a return request.
The pick-up person refused to take the item with him. This happened four times.
Finally, after 10 days, Amazon refused to provide any resolution. Both fraudsters, Appario and Amazon, duped me of my money.

Appario Retail Private Limited is a fraudulent vendor. I had ordered a Fire-Boltt Ninja Call Pro Max 2.01 Display Smart Watch with Bluetooth Calling on Amazon.
The box was well packed, but when opened, it was empty. Amazon is reluctant to help and the seller is not responding either.
This is a cheat company. Never order from them.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Received item in tampered condition
Received item box in tampered condition. Box in dirty condition wrapped up with cello tape. Seems to be the product has been repacked.

Despite numerous emails and phone calls to Lenovo's customer support, the warranty has not been updated on their website.
I have attached the proof of purchase and warranty extension documents for your reference.
